Email communication regarding the SBC Local Plan Consultation

The following email communication has been issued by SBC to some residents who may have used an incorrect email address, this is just to make you aware!
You are receiving this email because you previously responded to the Swindon Borough Local Plan consultation in January 2020.
We recently wrote to you to inform you of the commencement of the Local Plan Review consultation, which began on 29th July 2021. We are writing to let you know that the period of public consultation for the Local Plan Review is being extended, and will now close at 17:00 on Thursday 07 October 2021. Please find enclosed a copy of the Public Notice of consultation.
We have become aware that there was an error with one of the email addresses we provided for responses to the Local Plan. The correct email address (forwardplanning@swindon.gov.uk) is listed on our website and can be used to send us your feedback. We understand only a small number of residents have been affected by this error, but if you have recently made a representation to this process that has bounced back, please do resend your comments to the above email address. Any comments sent to the correct email address will have been received and will be reviewed. The Local Plan Revised Submission Draft Plan will be available for you to view between the above dates.
