The Parish Council is working with Wroughton Community Library to support residents throughout the Winter by ensuring that we offer a warm, welcome and safe space for residents to visit during the library opening hours. This space is open to everyone and you’ll be treated with dignity and respect. The space is free to use with warm drinks, books, Wi-Fi and small activities on offer
