Content Outside the Scope of Accessibility Regulations

 

PDFs and Other Documents

Many older PDF documents do not meet accessibility standards. These documents are not essential to our services and were published before a specific date, so are outside the scope of current regulations.

Additionally, some legally required documents must be scanned and uploaded as PDFs. These are often not fully accessible due to the limitations of scanned files and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) accuracy.

 

What We’re Doing to Improve Accessibility

 

We regularly review the website and perform self-assessments to identify and fix accessibility issues. New content is created with accessibility in mind wherever possible.
