13 Nov Inverary Road Public Order
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2021 (Variation No. 16) Order 2023
Notice is GIVEN of Swindon Borough Council’s intention to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:
Revocation of ‘no waiting at any time’ on Inverary Road (north-east side);
Introduction of ‘School Keep Clear’ markings which prohibit vehicles from stopping, Mon – Fri 8am to 5pm on Inverary Road and Boness Road outside Ridgeway School and Wroughton Junior School;
Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ on Boness Road, Kennet Road, Inverary Road and Kerrs Way;
Introduction of No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4pm on Inverary Road (east side).
Introduction of No Waiting at any time and No Loading at any time – Inverary Road east side near entrance to the bridleway.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made by completing the consultation form which can be found at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders under ‘Stage 2 – Formal consultation’ with reference (ST&I/TRO/Inverary Road) by no later than 4 December 2023. Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record which may be made publicly available.
