Warm & Welcome Space

Wroughton Parish Council would like to the thank the Ellendune Community Centre and Wroughton Community Library for working together with them to open the library as a warm and welcome space for residents worried about their heating bills. You can visit during the opening times featured below and have a free hot or cold drink.
